With that, you hop on Saber's back and take him for a run through the AERO DIVE course, the Gym Leader behind you as a passenger. The Manectric comes out of the titular dive so fast that you can only see clearly in a narrow cone in front of you; the rest is a sea of color. You do have to slam on the metaphorical brakes pretty hard to avoid crashing on the U-turn following the long straightaway post-dive, though. Josh seems content about the rate of improvement, and is happy to invite you back next week.[break][break]
Saber's Speed went up from Rank A to Rank S![break][break]

The next week, you meet back up with Gym Leader Josh Devlin late in the afternoon, the racing star looking a little tired after taking on challengers for the day. He seems happy about last week's steady progress. "You're back! What shall we work on this time?"[break][break]
